  1. Past hour
  2. It will be a great day for College Football Dave. That's for sure!
  3. For those always saying Frederick gets the storms. Not all parts of Frederick gets the storms. I have been sitting on this edge for 20 min.
  4. Just .09" fell here. Temp down to 65 which is much closer to what it should be. High today was 83.
  5. Southern part of the the line is tapping into some of those better thermodynamic values down there.
  6. Found the end of the storm line
  7. Just wait til you’re up on the Tug smoking our cirrus from PD3
  8. Ok wow that Southern part of the line blew up! Nothing here but I advised a friend South of me to put her horses out. Only to check radar and see the line explode over her house. She is still in a downpour with soaked horses.
  9. Skies starting to darken here. Looks like 73F will be my high for the day.
  10. @weatherwizhopefully chasing this line as it appears to be developing a bit of a bow near the SNE severe capital of Great Barrington. @vortex95 allowed to still call S Weymouth the severe capital
  11. Most storms have been sub-severe to this point. The strongest winds are near Richlandtown and Lake Nockamixon in Upper Bucks county. The storms along the Mason-Dixon line would be the Philadelphia area's best chance later on.
  12. Severe Thunderstorm Warning for... Northern Hunterdon County in northwestern New Jersey... Southern Morris County in northern New Jersey... Southern Warren County in northwestern New Jersey... Northwestern Somerset County in northern New Jersey... Southeastern Northampton County in eastern Pennsylvania... * Until 615 PM EDT. * At 535 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Alpha, or near Easton, moving east at 50 mph. HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.
  13. The strength/position of HP to the north will largely determine the impacts in our area from the developing coastal low. Looks like areas right along the coast would bear the brunt, with maybe some showers along and east of I-95. Looks breezy and coolish at the least- pretty Fall-like.
  14. Windy and a few spits of rain. The heavy stuff developing literally just to my east. Temp down to 70
  15. Actually missed SW Frederick county....
  16. I was getting concerned that Frederick might actually miss a thunderstorm this season. Nope. Nailed as usual lol
  17. Just got hammered here in Macungie 50 mph wind gusts and a good thunderstorm. Watch out Bucks and Montgomery areas coming your way. 1-2 in rainfall rates too. Temps jumped from mid 60's at 2 pm to near 80 in 2 hours. Still raining hard.
  18. We like it . The previous owners cleared the lot about 15 years ago. The house is pretty old and was surrounded by dense forest for like 50-60 years. Glad they paid for the clearing work.
  19. Storms seem to be firing off the cold front now east of the Blue Ridge and unzipping from the north so we'll see if that continues. It should theoretically.
