@87storms you what you said about me missing the lightning… ah it is insane here and the wind just blew in howling.

63 mph gust at the Lewes Mesonet. Initial winds blew in and it has subsided now. Still a lot of lightning and thunder. The line blew out and settled down a bit.

Are we lucky lol. Definitely had some funky cloud movement and green skies before the skies opened up. @Mrs.J looks like you're just up the road from me lol

Yes I saw those clouds. That wind when the line blew in was blowing so much that you could not see very far out the windows. Mr. J had just gotten back with our dinner before it all hit. The place we are staying is right along 1D.

My mom’s house on the southwest side of town had minor damage and no power, worst missed her north. Rivera Beach area got hit hard.

I'm not too far away off route 24. Haven't seen a storm like that in a long time. The lightning was insane!

It looked like the War of the Worlds from my balcony. Got some vid of some of the lightning. The humidity earlier felt tropical, so I’m not surprised the sky opened up like it did.
