Legit heavy snow right now and about to get heavier.    Kinda surprised tbh. Being right at the coast, I usually just write-off quick, marginal events once we hit March. Most of the time it’s just white rain but everything’s covered here and roads are getting bad. Terrible timing

Looks like we’re maxing out now on the rates. Heavy snow and 28.7F

Those yellow echoes from BOS to my hood are all snow right now

There was a little lower cc on tilt 2. Does it look more like individual crystals or aggregates from a 0C layer aloft?

Just took this…def some aggies in there but it’s not the classic silver dollar parachutes right before you flip  I’m sure those are coming soon

That would make sense…CC was just a tad lower.

In the middle of a snow hole. Just flurries right now.

The bigly scattered precip materialized up here as I expected but the look just to my south along Ma/NH border is more impressive than thought would be…

Looking further upstream in VT and upstate NY—it will continue here as scattered and light. Not expecting more than an inch here

Looks like almost 2’’ here. Morch sun angle no match for these rates.

Radar looks good for you and Ray’s area for the next couple hours before you flip. Easily should reach advisory snow totals.
