Anyone else here into working out? Me and my fiance hit the gym 6 days a week and take what we eat seriously. Gym couple goals.

I’m into working out at the buffet line. It’s such a great feeling. Great pic though. What a hot couple.

Nice! I started to work out for the first time ever last fall. Turned 45 and felt old and slow for the first time in my life. Reduced the crap I was eating too. Went from 170->155 and can actually see some muscles now. I don't go to a gym though, just bought a set of weights and alternate between arms/abs/biking(legs). My motivation is to hopefully prolong my years here and spend more quality time with the family. Also thinking it might be another 40 years until we see a BECS so I need to last till at least 85.

Hey whatever works for you right? Glad you decided to try and become more healthy. Always a good thing.

I’ve always done gym workouts or cardio, etc, but what made the most difference to just how I feel was starting to do 10-20 mins of yoga each morning a few years ago. Took aches and pains down 80% or more. Also helped limit the injuries that kept stopping gym routines. Has helped me be able to lose 10-15lbs.

I’ve been talking about trying out yoga for quite a while now. I’ve never been particularly flexible (though athletic), and I’m thinking it can help my golf game.

My wife (who is obviously a very good listener ) just got me a three-week trial at a local studio for my birthday, so I’m going to give it a whirl.

Those pants that have a zipper around the knee so you can covert from pants to shorts - throwback to the 90s
