Ellinwood
Man I didn't realize so many Mid-Atlantic severe peeps are on the Doom-And-Gloom Express (based on last night's posts). Need to reprise my role of hype man for these events.

Gym couple goals. I’m into working out at the buffet line. It’s such a great feeling. Great pic though. What a hot couple.

Gym couple goals. Nice! I started to work out for the first time ever last fall. Turned 45 and felt old and slow for the first time in my life. Reduced the crap I was eating too. Went from 170->155 and can actually see some muscles now. I don't go to a gym though, just bought a set of weights and alternate between arms/abs/biking(legs). My motivation is to hopefully prolong my years here and spend more quality time with the family. Also thinking it might be another 40 years until we see a BECS so I need to last till at least 85. Always a good thing.
WxUSAF
I’ve always done gym workouts or cardio, etc, but what made the most difference to just how I feel was starting to do 10-20 mins of yoga each morning a few years ago. Took aches and pains down 80% or more. Also helped limit the injuries that kept stopping gym routines. Has helped me be able to lose 10-15lbs.
