Wow...how in the hell did that happen? Convection?

They were in real good banding from the initial WAA push. Literally nothing in Peabody and pounding at Rockport at the same time. They must have 50-60” there already.

Town of Rockport and City of Gloucester are my accounts and i spoke with the DPW in Gloucester and there buried, Buddy of mine in Essex has been hauling snow for the last 2+ weeks in that whole area.

3.6 in Methuen

Deepest snow depth in front of home is 20.5

Deepest snow depth in rear of home is 30.3

Two things to keep in mind with that area:

That area doesn't receive any sunshine and that area had some snow remaining after the January thaw.

Yea, yard must be really well shaded. I had 19" depth.

Very surprising over-performer here. 9" at the stake brings the snow depth up to 23". Accumulated last night at about 2" per hour for most of the duration. Heaviest snow rate I've seen this year.

This is why I love snow pack so much. Walking around this morning you would think we just had a 2 foot snowfall that ended overnight. Blue gray sky a few flurries drifting down huge snow piles and 2 feet on the ground. Every time it snows more than two or 3 inches now it feels like a big storm.

Ummm Just looked at NWS Totals List:

I motion to the board that we protest the snow gods to SOP HAVING THE NORTH SHORE WIN EVERY SINGLE STORM??

That’s 3 In a Row!  I Somehow, even missing the first 3-4 hours yesterday, Still managed to get more than most people with that one hour of 2” / hour.  THEN I look at the North Shore - And they got 6”!?!?

That is 24”-26”, 11”-13”, and now 5”-6”.

3 Wins in a Row.  42” in 17 days.

Toughest 1.25 of snow sleet freezing rain to shovel but driveway is mostly blacktop now cept for car paths. Noticed bowing on the Rubbermaid pellet shed so roof raked all 4 sheds chicken coop and the northern side of my house.  Fence drifts are cool 36 to 42 inches.  Level is 16 depth with serious qpf
