Sub freezing streaks are on the line the next couple of days

ASH seems to be off the rails lately.

Hit 32 here, but Ive definitely been getting some solar influence off the pack the last few days. Have an older VP2 with a rad shield, but no fan. Temp has been jumping around more than normal shade/sun

That one is going to produce some snows for most on here

All Of us should see some snow showers but if we can get a little bit of moisture influx from the south as it hits the Atlantic, that could help with more widespread accumulations. We’d want that whole system to dig a bit more.

Isn’t that what happened on the NYE event as we got closer?

Buckle  up?

First time driving since my knee replacement on the 13th. Totally impressed by the piles and more impressive are the icicles on the old homes. 31⁰ here first day of some melting. But what a gorgeous landscape. Some of us can enjoy the gift of nature while others grouse about needing more. Says alot

I enjoy every minute of it, but who doesn't want some more, especially with this cold around and the relaxation approaching.

It got slightly more juiced synoptically but the WINDEX aspect of it really ramped up. We got those crazy intense squalls that gave a lot of people 2”+ just from the squalls.

Not you brother. I know you appreciate it. It's the trolls living in basements The Charlie Browns.

Definitely a moderation though. That looks locked. Whether we get some messy events like Euro AI shows or are these just nasty rain events remains to be seen. Even srn Canada is void of any cold. But with no SE ridge, a torch doesn't seem likely...this is just Pacific puke air.
