klw
I threw my chainsaw in the back of the Prius this morning in case I need to clear anything to get back home. I acknowledge this may be the first time in recorded history that someone has uttered or written the words "I threw my chainsaw in the back of the Prius" 2

Pack is definitely taking a big bit on Dryslot land, hoping when I return home around 7pm I have a few inch pack left that will turn into a glacier tomorrow Yeah, No good here, I'll have patches or just some snowbanks left, My pack was about 4-5" before yesterday. weatherwiz
All of the snow in my backyard is gone...vanished. Outside of some bare spots along the fence line which is hit by the sun, there was probably a good couple inches of cover still. I can see gradd, mud, and melted dog poop
UnitedWx
Well date night ruined because of "an (over)abundance of caution". WTF would you cancell a holiday light hike in New England due to inclement weather early in the day?? AND we should know how to deal....

A few nights ago we had the most awesome light reflecting off of the ice we had on top of our snow. I forgot to take a picture and now it'll be gone

tamarack
Wind arrived about 1 PM, not too strong so far, gusts 30+ but nowhere near the 40-45 forecast for the general area. And not even close to 2 years and one day ago. BTV had 44 at 1 PM, down 18 in 2 hours.
