Low this morning was 32°, but really 32.5° so not freezing. I use a convention of rounding the .5 to the nearest even whole number. My personal weather station on Staten Island got down to 32 degrees. Currently in Ocho Rios Jamaica where it’s 81 and humid. We had a thunderstorm here a few hours ago.
