Sorry brother that sucks. Basically same for me 'walker and cane next 2 weeks. Thankfully I am out of that Covid petri dish. Sore but we take the time to heal.

Sorry to hear that! I hurt my back five weeks ago and still have some residual discomfort from it.  The worst part is I know I am close to normal strength again but I still get fearful of lifting stuff or overdoing it.  Mentally taxing.

I hate moving so I don’t tweak something again.  A few years ago I would routinely throw out my back every 6 months to a year.   Gym/exercise has definitely helped in that.  It still happens rarely but I recover faster.  
Seems to affect men more than women for some reason
