Subsidence looks like it may creep in to northern NJ and westchester with heavier band of snow parked over Albany on a slope of about 1.0. Secondary precip max that was modeled over Long Island may shift slightly west as a result, better for the city. Uncertain though

As of about 6"15 am, we had about 1" total snow/sleet.  It's about 1/2" of sleet/slush underneat about 1/2" of snow and with temps now down to 30F, it's very slick.  I just shoveled my driveway/sidewalk as I didn't want that mess to freeze solid - from now on I can just shovel snow, which is easy.  Coming down moderately now.
