His pool will warm up nicely now that all the trees are gone.

Could see the water temp get into mid 80's in this stretch of heat. Impressive

Speaking of the gypsies. As you know I was in NW NJ this weekend. There is gypsy damage all along 84 thru Waterbury, Southbury all the way to Newburgh,NY.

They may made quite the westward progress this year. Next spring should be epic for them, Probably early 80's outbreak

Timing is once again less than ideal for our region, however, extreme western sections should be watched for any activity that pushes east, however, the timing just doesn't appear to be there.  With this said, the ingredients will certainly be in place for any thunderstorms to become strong to severe and models do show some low-level turning so the possibility of an isolated tornado would be there.  I think this is a central/eastern NY into VT ordeal with maybe something just working into western MA or NW CT but probably on the decaying side.

Too sum all of this up in a shorter post...this summer is nothing but a POS and we aren't going to get **** so there is no need to be talking, posting, discussing, thinking, or hoping for thunderstorms b/c it just isn't going to happen.  We aren't going to see a setup good for us...every fooking thing will favor NY and PA and VT while we get jack-diddly ****.  fooking POS region and POS summer

HRRR has a nice squall line developing by mid afternoon near the Hudson.

In fact, all CAMs seem to favor lines versus cells except for maybe the NMM.
