Cold Rain
My dad said the snow in Durham isn't coming down in flakes but more like a stream. That's called rain.
Jalba
Wild how some have turned back to rain.. I saw the same thing here.. or at the very least very small flakes almost droplets. Just checked outside its all snow now.. but light snow. Don't see this adding up to much but I am happy I got to see it now. Wish the best for those further south. superjames1992
Does anyone seem to have trouble with snow sticking even after all the rain? Nope. It stuck within the first 15 minutes or so, even with a sleet/snow/rain mix at first. Of course, the areas with standing water like puddles are having much more trouble, but that's to be expected.
