Not sure I'd be using the HRRR much today given it mixes out the low-levels too much and will be too low on dews by several degrees. Meanwhile, latest HRRR for 1pm vs radar:

The National Weather Service in Sterling Virginia has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Northwestern Washington County in north central Maryland...
  Northeastern Allegany County in western Maryland...
  Northeastern Morgan County in the Panhandle of West Virginia...

* Until 215 PM EDT.

* At 137 PM EDT, a severe thunderstorm was located near Barnes Gap,
  or 10 miles west of Hancock, moving east at 25 mph.

  HAZARD...60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...Damaging winds will cause some trees and large branches
           to fall. This could injure those outdoors, as well as
           damage homes and vehicles. Roadways may become blocked by
           downed trees. Localized power outages are possible.
           Unsecured light objects may become projectiles.

* Locations impacted include...
  Hancock, Berkeley Springs, Pecktonville, Big Pool, Little Orleans,
  Cherry Run, Lineburg, Spohrs Crossroads, Spruce Pine Hollow, Forest
  Park, Bellegrove, Sleepy Creek, and Shady Grove.
