At least here it was heavy rain most of the day-by the time it was cold enough for snow we dryslotted so it was light and non accumulating. Got a few inches as the storm pulled away in the overnight hours. The hype leading up to it was insane "blizzard conditions" and all sorts of stuff causing grocery stores to be cleaned out, in late March/April nonetheless. I vividly remember snow ripping during the day during better banding. It would finally start to accumulate with slush caked to absolutely everything. Then rates would diminish and it would change to light rain and everything would melt. The ultimate tease storm. .
