Flake sizes got smaller here, more dusty. Lull is fair to say. Better rates seem inbound just to the south though, and then later on those yellows…

Snowing pretty good here, would be cool.  Looks like maybe 3 inches down already just outside dc in takoma park.

Closing in on 4”, should be able to clear that with the yellows incoming

It's really coming down. I've got thst snow fog look we all love. I'm probably pushing 4" here shortly. Someone please tell me the hrrr is wrong and it's not going to 33 degree rain here later. Thst would be horrible and depressing.

Radar is really blossoming heavier returns to the SW of this area.  Should really start to crank here soon.

Rates are very good but the growth and ratios aren't great. Not knowledgeable enough to know exactly why but maybe midlayer temps. Could still be 1" an hour though.

I just finished shoveling a “poop” pathway off my patio and into the backyard.  I have two little dogs (Papillon and Cockapoo).  The snow is still very light and fluffy.
