Now, the question is once you've consumed half of your beverage, is the glass half full or half empty?
Scarlet Pimpernel
Well damn. I think the goal should be that we at least accumulate more snow than the amount of salt that now lies on roads and other paved surfaces!! It's ridiculous, the amount of salt that I saw on sidewalks outside some places today!!! The latest NAM has me doubting we'll accomplish that, however!! Jebman
Okay this is what took place last night into today. Last night the front hit at 730pm. Temps tumbled from 65 to 33 by 4am. We got an inch of plain rain by 230am. It's been damn COLD all day at 27/24. Winds are NNE at 20 gusting to 33. Trust me its cold enough down here. All standing water is frozen. Thus far we have been lucky with only a little frz dz. But I see a ton of Pac moisture comin for us later and temps will be in the mid 20s with even colder air on its way tonight. Can't even believe I am contending with an Extreme Cold Warning, a Winter Storm Warning, AND a fricken Ice Warning!

If you make it all the time, I'm sure you got this. If it's a new endeavor for you, my biggest tips are to treat the dough as gently as you can. If it's not stretching into shape easily, walk away and let it rest for 5-10 minutes and it'll be way easier to work with. And bake it hot! Hotter the better.

Prob make it 3 times per month Awesome. If you don't already have one, a baking steel (or knockoff version from Amazon) is a great way to get even better results. There's a fun recipe for cacio e pepe pizza that uses an ice cube on top of the dough. Maybe I'll have to do a version using freshly fallen sleet haha

Keep it up man, I bet you'll knock those next 20 off this year and you can make your pizza dreams come true. And I seriously ordered a supreme for dinner tonight from a local pizza place instead of trying to down any hospital food haha. 1
