I'm a SM at a grocery store chain. 

I can confirm the panic has already started.

The next 3 days should be wild.

We are expecting a record sales week for my store. More sales  than the first few weeks of covid.

It's looking like the company overall will break there all time record for weekly sales.

 I shop at Aldi's down here in Baltimore county. And every time I go it's packed. Storm or not lol . But I never go to stock up because of a storm. I usually have what I need

I don't expect the site to go down or anything, but just in case it does, I created a subreddit (r/mid_atlantic_weather) a couple years ago for spillover in case we need a place to chat. It's not a replacement for this forum, and it doesn't even have any posts in it . It's just an emergency landing place in case we need it!

I'm starting to run out of steam for this one. The changes over the last 48 hours have been almost too much, and even with this massive high and super cold we're still looking to take one squarely on the chin with sleet/freezing rain. Too many headfakes, too. I'm just worn out.

Hoping against hope that the new flight data somehow helps us, but at this point I don't think I should be holding my breath.
