I am definitely liking the looks of that band that really has formed in eastern PA and NJ

Not trying to be a Debbie downer but it really doesn’t look all that impressive. I mean in comparison to the rest of the radar. , yeah but overall I think this will be an underperfomer. 3-5” for my area is going to be hard to reach. I have maybe an inch from this morning. Let’s see

Moderate snow. Sticking now here in Bayside. I think it took too long though. 2” is probably a safe bet when all is said and done, including the 0.5-1” we had earlier. Simply too warm for most of the storm

In Rockville Centre, in nassau county towards the south shore, there's basically no accumulation.I work doing residential snow removal in garden city, which is a little further north, maybe five miles and there was a couple inches today.    All slushy , a little snow on colder surfaces...had to clean it all up case freezes tonight.  Snowing moderately in RVC now

Same here.  Snowing lightly.  An inch more, at best...

looks nice out though. gotta take what we can get. 2 days of snow and not all that much to show for it lol. but we still like it. seen winters where this much didn't happen....cold enoug, from what i read here, to maybe stick around.
