Maybe because of urban heat island or something, idk. But I can't remember a case of "rates will get us the snow we need" working out for us. It's a beyond terrible model, I don't even bother looking at it. It's a shame it can't be trusted AT ALL anymore. It used to have some coups, but now it just stinks. And shows that the Nam and even the Rgem are better once in their range.
