Getting a little backside bonus storm. Maybe better rain with this than in the first batch, but probably won’t last as long.

Ha, yup, more rain than the main line. And more storms firing behind it. Fun stuff.

Still firing off of boundaries.  A cell going up just S of me where the other one was earlier.

Last few frames look like a flash flood threat radar - lots of little cells popping up all over the metro.

Tomorrow is supposed have the much higher chance for heavy rain here. Might have to root for failure now.

Nah, got to keep the drought away at least through mid-month!

Its been nice not having any skeeters. The late summer variety can be nasty and stick around through our second summer well into October.

Delicate balance here. B)

Couple of weeks ago I ended up w a tree limb through my garage roof in Sterling. Tonight my brother ended up w a huge tree on his house in Alexandria. Luckily they are out of town so no one was hurt.

Wow is right and think it was over water  until the  end when it did hit something

Several reports of roofs lifted off houses and over 2 dozen working boats damage or partially sunk. This appears to be a fairly robust tornado / water spout.
