SouthBuffaloSteve
Just to much damn warm air being blown in off the lake. Did wake up to a coating here with a mix currently falling.
Buckeyes_Suck
Snowing pretty good at my house in Clarence, although I’m stuck working in Joplin MO.

Just wait around there long enough and I’m certain in this pattern you’ll have a much better chance to score a snowstorm before we do back home.
winter_rules
Dropped to 15° last night before clouds rolled in. Left the house this morning at 24° on snow covered roads with a nice steady light snow in the air. Hopefully a sign of things to come...eventually.... Thinksnow18
Been snowing since about 5am and the intensity has really picked up the last hour...grass and roads covered and it’s pretty much a damn mess out there...I love it
rochesterdave
Roc nicely coated. Coming down. Sad to see BUF at 36 with rain?

TugHillMatt
Working towards 2 inches here. Biggest snowfall of the year so far. haha

Meanwhile get back to SB and it’s all liquid precip. Looks like once you get east of the 90 loop your snow, otherwise your too close to the lake.

The cutoff lines from heavy snow and scenarios like this are amazing. Can literally change from one town to the other
lakeeffectkid383
In Williamsville/Lancaster near the Thruway exit and it’s dumping here. Probably close to 2 inches of concrete.
winter_rules
Moderate snow in downtown Binghamton. Close to an inch in the last hour. Awesome, but also pathetic how excited I am about 1” of snow in December....
crossbowftw3
Getting it pretty good in Sullivan now, only really seeing the grass getting coated as of the last 10 minutes. I'll be surprised if we can get more than an inch, but it's well appreciated regardless. Only about 3" of snow so far on the season which is kinda pitiful.
TugHillMatt
Wow, looking at local webcams...totally different world here than closer to the city of Syracuse. The ground is completely covered here, while in Syracuse itself there is barely a coating. Syracuse really is a larger UHI than one would think.

Ericjcrash
Well it's lightly snowing. Finally. Decent coating sitting at 24°
