Summer runs from second week of June until third week in August, after that and before that you can have a frost, so to answer your question....yeah I'd say it's over. There must be a reason I keep my winter tires on until around 3/25, and sometimes thats even too soon. Seems every time I take them off earlier I get burned; its almost a self fulfilling prophesy.
