I have zero knowledge about anything, but I can't shake the feeling that we're going to bust hard (DC & South), while we watch Northern Maryland and Philly get 18"+. Most will keep the snow until dripping begins Thursday (if not late day Tuesday) and then with upper 40s and rain Friday it will all disperse with a quickness.
