Oh there's rain with it. You don't get afternoon 50s this time of year without RA/DZ. Thankfully it's in clown range, but a dead ratter or two in this pattern wouldn't be shocking.

People, here's your pattern until further notice...   Slightly amplified +PNAP that too fits perfectly into late middle range/extend range Euro biases for it to resist developing February nor-eastern in July.
