6z vs. 0z both NAM and RGEM ticked colder but drier

can't see 925Ts but 850T certainly ticked colder

 

on 6z RGEM not even sure rain makes it to BOS

 

but drier... honestly Kevin the only area that consistently looks like it might reach warning criteria is your area, a little jack over northcentral CT on the RGEM... otherwise not enough support to say warning for most of SNE

I still think we'll see more 6-8 inch amounts than models would have you believe..Either way..nice to see everyone get more snow than some were thinking  2 days ago. And those 40's went bye bye

Counting on ratios here if I want to go over 4-5".

Blizz should do well

 

I'm not excited about ratios--I don't see good snow growth and moisture is limited.  Good chance for (another) under-performer out here.

 

But, with the recent stretch of cool days, the winter has risen to the B- level.  Met-winter wil likely sit at a C+.
