I respectfully disagree with you, places in CT WILL HAVE 4 inches. It won't last long, but with two inch per hour rates, it doesn't take long to pile up.

Doubtful outside of litchfield hills. It's a nice burst but it's quick hitting. Could see some lucky 3 spots tho.

Considering most outlets had a coating to an inch for spots that are seeing widespread 2"+ and a decent smattering of 3", it's a bust in the eyes of the public IMO.

Absolutely. And that's the only point I was hinting at. And in this winter so far, this by far was the best event imo. And it's been snowing like a KU HERE. Just won't last nowhere near as long lol. In a great winter this wouldn't be a big deal ofcourse, but this year it's a huge deal for many. Enjoy.

Maybe. You guys are acting like it's a KU. If it were widespread 4 after 1-2 then it's a bust. But 2-3 amid a large 1-2 area? Eh.

It's like a 0.05-0.10" difference in liquid. lol

I wonder if the public can tell the difference between 0.11" and 0.18" of rain. So you wanna be a snow forecaster.....
