    It's been 98% cloudy in silver spring today with a few peeks of brightness. Looks like the southern line rolling through FFX may be headed towards DC/me.

    sixers bench is actually pretty good if, and yeah, i know, it's a big giant enormous humongous gargantuan IF, embiid, george, and maxey can get back by April...maxey, vj, oubre, george, embiid as your starting 5 and then grimes, barlow and drum/bona is a really really good playoff rotation yes i do this to myself every year, why do you ask?

    I disagree with that. I think Typhon Tip is fair and balanced. He isn't a master of hype. I think of him as being a straight shooter.

    The line of storms in the evening keep showing up on the mesos.. the line around 8 PM for Richmond,… What are your thoughts about that

    I had some of the heaviest rain I've seen in a while with that storm just a little bit ago. Wild that you didn't get anything heavy considering you're like 7ish minutes from me. But yeah I didn't notice any wind at all either. Just one massive thing of thunder that shook the house and that was kinda it.

    Yeah looking in on the TN forum. Several are reporting a changeover to snow along with Alabama seeing significant snow also.

    Just to give a perspective of how powerful this storm is, both airports in Houston are in a longterm ground stop due to sustained winds of 40 to 50 mph with gusts to 60. This is well behind the front.

    I've already had 0.60" in southern wake. Absolutely nothing severe, or even any strong winds.

    I guess you could call what's falling right now snow, but it's really closer to graupel. Way above freezing too.
