  1. Past hour
  2. This may be 2007 all over again in terms of persistent rains all across TX, the South and Gulf Coast and up and down the Eastern Seaboard. We just got smashed by an incredibly heavy tropical shower that dumped ~ .8 inches in 7 minutes. Visibility dropped to 400 feet lol. We're back in contention again with 19.5 on the year but Binghamton NY is just right behind us at 19.15. It's kind of inevitable Buda gets left in the drought dust by every terminal back East.
  3. Picked up another.60 this afternoon. Heavy rain one minute, sun out the next, then back to rain. Very tropical like. Up to 3.10 since Thursday. More heavy rain incoming. Got a mow in before the rain!
  4. Damn just planted the garden. Dangerously close to frost level
  5. Persistent signal in the CAMs for heavy rainfall tonight in the counties along the MD/PA border.
  6. Awesome--congratulations to you both! Praying blessings for a long and happy marriage--God bless
  7. Yeah thankfully we've got months and months to go
  8. GSO picked up 1.45" in 25 minutes in that last cell, more than we picked up in the 5 day stretch when we were supposed to get 2-4"
  9. My grass was late-August crunchy last week. Today, it is recovering and green. What a difference a week makes. Rain is in the forecast as it should be for this time of year. I was running on the greenbelt and ended up in a flooded section - we have had that much rain. This isn't a big creek nor was there any current....I went on through it. It was surprisingly cold. The humidity is what I am having to get used to!
  10. Today
  11. Caught the edge of a small storm and picked up another .31".
  12. Today is easily a 10 as far as I’m concerned. Maybe if I’m being really nitpicky I’d take one point off just for the sky high pollen count and the occasional busy bee getting a little too curious when rummaging around the garden. But man this is just beautiful all around!
  13. Today was another day of insane climate change-driven heat in France. Nearly 400 monthly records were broken. 122 locations hit 35.0C (95.0F) or above while 27 reached 36C (96.8F) or above.
  14. Lol….I kind of figured that area when you said an hour north of Bangor.
  15. Time to pay the pied piper after an incredible March and April. Snoozefest incoming.
  16. Such a good time on our honeymoon. Sucks to be back in this crappy weather lol.
  17. its a great pattern though for those of us that hate Summer.. no really hot humid days in sight
  18. wonder if we stay mostly dry right through the weekend
  19. Day 2 SLGT now includes DC. MRGL extends north to the MD/PA border.
