I’ve got about this much today.

Cams consistent with late evening heavy convection. Forecast soundings show elevated instability and support the possibility of thunder.

0.90" in the gauge at 5 pm, so added to the 2.18" from 7 am CoCoRaHS I've crossed the 3" mark for the event at 3.08". Still a drizzle/mist falling, with a quick shower mixing in at times. Current 59.9/59.4 is the high for the day so far.

Numerous brief gusty showers with some heavy downpours have been moving through the past few hours.  Last one had some thunder.

Just measured 2.80” so far.

Little thunderstorm north of Westminster heading my way. Thunder is rollin.

Had one last downpour to put me over 2". I ended up on the lower end of the area in general. 15-20 miles west picked up 3-6" with the blue ridge being the winner (as forecast with upslope position). Solid event with nice gusts yesterday, torrential rains this AM, and some big rumbles from low topped convection.

About 3.25" in Pen-Mar with a high gust of 56.   Upslope FTW when precip is out of the East.
