After the heat in April 2002, the temp didnt exceed >70 again till May 5th.
After the heat in April 2009 it stayed basically near avg utill May 8th
After the  heat in April 2023 it stayed above normal as a whole overall that month

That's okay, because it's only a few seconds each day, and the sunset remains at 8:30 until like mid July
