And now JUST as I go to enjoy something this winter, it's going South of me by 5 miles to end the storm over the next hour.  After I ALREADY missed the first 3 hours.

I can’t enjoy Anything this winter.

jfc just enjoy the snow.

another solid accumulating event there and nearing 40" in early Feb.

Nice event from N CT, N RI.

If anyone has any reports anywhere in SNE LMK!

I can't believe I'm saying this but.....  It's a HAPPY Cory Post!  As Rare as a Will Campbell Block.

After that little 2.75", with the FIRST 2" Per Hour Rates I've seen since the Thunder and Lighting Snowstorm of 4" per hour that I watched on Granite Links overlooking Boston in February of 2022.

We now at the Highest Snow Depth of the Season at 15.5", and the 6th Best Look for the Snow Banks of my Life!  Only Behind:

February and March 2015 (With 31" Depth)

Early February 2011 (With 28" Depth)

Late January 2005  (With 26" Depth)

Late February 2003  (With 26" Depth)

January 1996  (With 32" Depth, and we built forts and tunnels)

The NWS btw, COMPLETELY F’d up Not putting Anything at all the entire day today Or during the storm, when, as someone who Frequently goes out Driving in Snowstorms, the roads were AS BAD as I've Ever seen them, with Blinding 2" Per Hour Snow (picture from the video below).

I Finally feel, like it's a Real Winter tonight, shoveling this beautiful fluff after a 2" per hour Surprise fall, making the piles look historic, now just over 40" on the season, and starting to close in on standard climo for mid-February after the past 3  years of Hell.

Not to mention I did some good old rally driving all over town; even recorded some Wall Kiss driving since the Piles ALLOW IT!

I Complain Only when I'm getting Truly F'd.  Which has been non-stop this year, and for years on end with almost every storm.  That's why my rants seem like a pandemic.  And I AM Furious about Only starting to snow at 10:30 when Salem, MA was non-stop since 5pm.  I could have had 6" had the radar liked :cory:for ONCE.

But tonight was Pure Magic.  Just Like the old days.  Piles higher than me, put icicles on the top of the peaks, fluffy snow acting like my brush.  All sitting on the trees glimmering in the little light from the house.  This is what we live for.  This is Deep Winter.  :pimp::snowman::snowing:

And OF COURSE the Models have Nothing coming up and 40+ F all over in the next few days so BACK TO COMPLAINING I GO!  :twister::scooter::weenie::gun:

Thank god.

...and yes they do, a threat worth still watching at least with better trends
