It’s a method from 2004 lol. It may be better in cold profiles, but ratios are all about lift in the DGZ and this method has nothing to do with it. You could have arctic sand and Kuchera will spit out fluff.

Wind looks pretty meh for NH compared to a couple days ago. Really shallow mixing and mediocre winds aloft. Breezy, but were not blowing down trees like some of those runs. Definitely a better LLJ in SW NE Sat PM

Perhaps .. but that looks like it could have easily set up W-N-S-E just given the Jackson Pollock look to that overall QPF artistry.
