Major pool disaster. Due to my knee replacement I was unable to clear snow from my pool. Today the shit hit the fan. The 2 to 3 feet of extremely wet snow forced the pool liner thru the skimmer wall. I counted my shovels over 120 each one very heavy about 20 lbs. Over a ton. Extremely exhausted and sitting here wrapped in ice. Can't win ready for warmth.

Dude, I would have done that for you if we were a bit closer. Sorry, Steve.

Yikes, sorry to hear that. Sucks to have things happen because of physical limitations. I’ve been dealing with some newly diagnosed heart problems (AFib), it sucks not to be able to do the things you want/need to do. But hey, it can always be worse.

It's been a solid winter but I'm still about 16" - 18" off average so Greenfield needs a few snow events in the next month or so.
I'm at 47.6 (seasonal 56.5), so still down -8.9". However considering I initially called for 80% seasonal in my preseason forecast (45.2), I'm actually up on my expectation.

It was pretty clear this was never coming. The setup was a thread the needle act given the rossby wave configuration, widespread synoptic support was never there for such a coup. Models provided a little excitement but the ensembles stood pretty firm. Next!

Potential blocky gradient look at the end of next week. Playing with fire a bit but I'll take it for now
