So when steps are made to limit the original complaining the original complainers complain about not being allowed to complain. That then causes more people to complain. Eventually the ones trying to help by doing things nicely get tired of being beat up by all sides and say fuck it. Then the original complainers win because they can keep complaining without repercussions.
