Clots are no joke man. I was diagnosed three years ago with a DVT in my calf, and a PE as I had multiple clots in my lungs. Spent three days in the hospital and wondered what if I never made it there? Scary situation. I will be on thinners for the rest of my life and even though I have full movement, my leg still has swelling. Hopefully Hurts can get off thinners and resume his football career, but it might be the end of it in Philly. Went to the Flyers game last night. They looked like they had a little more giddy up on the ice than the first 6 games.

You do realize the majority of playoff games in the 70's and 80's and even some 90's were during the day? Like on Tuesday and what not?

I think The Eagles are finished. I know it's still early but there are too many injuries to make up for. I know they were 2-2 two years ago and won the Super Bowl. Way too many mistakes last night for them. They got dog walked by a 38 year old third string QB. Even when it looked like it was coming around they shot themselves in the foot. If you think that was bad wait till Stafford, Adams, and Williams carve em up next week.

That 62 storm obliterated the Delmarva beaches (Rehoboth, Bethany, etc.) The pictures of the Henlopen Hotel falling into the Atlantic with the rest of the Boardwalk were insane!

I do believe this is going to be a major problem for the coast. However most of us are Philly, or points north and west and our impacts as of this post should be slight. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.

Meh. Overnight runs shifted it east. Both Euro and GFS 6z this morning have it missing us completely and into Boston. Which is good cause it's Homecoming at the school this weekend and my wife is freaking out. Why I have no idea.

We have had a large amount of those "piss ants" in our kitchen since Spring. One day we wake up and find less than 10 the next day about 100. We cleared out the back of our house and found thy may have been living in where we keep our garden hose. We moved that and sprayed under the siding and it seemed to kill down about 75% of the issue. We are still getting them in the kitchen. Think that's just what's left over, or I wonder if there is another colony somewhere I haven't looked. Any ideas to keep them away?
