I agree about McCain. He would have been perfect for the next rebuild/retool. Only reason I said about trading Maxey was that this team reminds me a lot of the late 2000, early 2010 teams. Had talent but could never get to the next level for years. Then Hinke came in, blew everything up and started over. Which in general sucked as well as they had years of top 5 picks and only Embiid to show for it.

Sixers had a great run going in January. Everyone was healthy. Everyone was playing together. Things were clicking. The George got suspended. Embiid got hurt again. Now Maxey. Team is fried. Haven't had a solid bench since 2019. They can't compete with the younger run and gun teams. Embiid is such a wasted talent. So dominant when he's healthy. It's time for the Sixers to basically start over with Edgecombe. I would even consider trading Maxey if it's going to get a first round pick back. I started paying more attention to the Flyers this year than years past. The whole Carter thing set them back. Every year they are too inconsistent. Win 4, lose 4. Win 6 lose 7, win 3 lose 4. Win 5, lose 4. I think Mitchcov (sp?) has some serious upside. I like Zegaris as well.

I could be wrong but if memory serves me right with these severe storms in March we (Philly forum) wind up with a more wind driven event than severe lighting and tornados and such. West of us could be an issue but the daytime heating is gone, and we get the leftovers especially east of 95.

You need to have quite a few things come together for a solid March snow. Not saying it can't happen, but more elements need to be in place. I remember a few solid April snows one not too long ago.

Upper 70's in Vegas last week. Was expecting a good chunk of the snow from Sunday melted when I got back Friday but not all of it. All that's left now is the parking lot icebergs that may not go away for another month or so. Hope everyone is well. Solid A grade for this Winter. If you are a fan what else could you ask for?

I honestly hope that SNJ and DE are talking up their EOC's at this point, or at least tomorrow morning beginning to mobilize. Should that verify you are looking at multiple days' worth or at least a week of shutdowns. Power outages, roofs caving to snow weight etc. One good thing is temperatures after don't crash like they would in December/January.
