Crazy stuff it's approaching 50 here. similar phenomenon - it's in the upper 30s literally a few hundred yards away (and near the bottom of the hill we are on, which is kind of like a little valley). Then a slow drop to 51.2 at 7 am CoCoRaHS report. Currently 53.1/31.7 at 10:15 am, just washed the side (S) and back (W) windows inside and out on the house on Christmas Eve.... sheesh.
