We are the San Diego of the east, and it has been that way for years now. No storms, no tropical, no snow. Just secondhand smoke and dews.

You just guaranteed your house will get blown or washed away in the next severe event lol…

Everywhere is getting. Violent weather but here. Other than San Diego, we live in the most tranquil and boring area on the planet for weather.

Hard to think of a place with more boring weather than here. Just constant nothing.

Pretty wild in Milwaukee. 7-12” of rain last night and another huge round headed in now poised to drop 5-10” more

I went to college in Milwaukee and my son is out there now, he said it is insane with what they have gotten the last day. Milwaukee is a very under-rated city, nice place.

At least the weather is nice there. For 3/4 of the year the weather is s*** here, now that we don't get real winter, and warm season is all rain and cut offs to July 4th.

a few iso showers/sprinkles mid-week, but those who miss may be Steined for at least 10 more days, if not longer!

Today makes 10 without a drop, only 0.03" in the past 16 days and 0.13" in 3 weeks.  The town did a great job late last month of adding gravel to our road and grading/rolling it.  Nothing but dust now without any real rain to settle the stuff.

That front Thursday keeps looking more meh each run. Numbers ticking up Friday into weekend . Wonder if just straight 90 right thru next weekend . Today was day 9 with no rain. Add on another 10. Stein sittin back, smilin

We're looking at 4 or 5 days of 90 to 94 type heat wave which began today for many front yards and towns but will be more convincing tomorrow through Thursday.

Euro agrees with your assessment thereafter with heat returning over the weekend.   Too early for confidence but it even soars Monday the 18th to 101 at Lawrence, MA and a lot of 99's at all typical sites on the day.   Aug 18 isn''t too late for that sort of thing, but it is nearing the climate drop off.
