Looks like 92 will do it. The humidity is horrific so this is still high end. Once the heat index passes 105, 92 v 95 doesn’t really matter

Noteworthy though to see m/u 90's far NW NJ.  That is as impressive as anything.

One zone for the whole house?  Good luck, hope it doesn't go out on you.  I replaced my A/C system back in 2018 when we moved into our house, as I didn't want the stress of my kids (2 y/o & newborn then) with no A/C on a hot day.

Even though the mesonet was recently installed back in the 2010s, my guess is that an 80° dewpoint and 113° heat index is probably a new June record for this far north in NY.

I can relate as my house is approaching 200 years old, and I also have three window units all upstairs and set at 71 currently. That said, my house looks like a crack den inside with all the thermal curtains closed, its 77 downstairs, 94/78 outside.

Central air doing it's thing.  Very comfortable 68 degrees on the first floor.

Unit on second floor is set to 80 and kicking on and off to keep it at 80.  It is hot out there.

Since my units are upstairs, its actually cooler up there than downstairs.

2 zones. Cold air is pumping in but I guess not enough. We are replacing the siding and insulation, which I’m sure is shit.
