winterwx21
Not bad. I was just barely on the edge of the first cell, so the downpour was very brief. But then more cells developed as the line extended south a bit, so I got another downpour. Lasted a little longer but it weakened as it was hitting me. Pretty good downpour though. I got .28" from these storms. The wind (some gusts around 40mph) was more impressive than the rain, but at least it was enough to water the garden. Hopefully we'll get more from the expected overnight batch of rain.

cleetussnow
Hrrr earlier kinda made it look like I was gonna miss out here at HPN - and so far that is more or less panning out. Best echos are to the north and south but rain is pedestrian here so far. Light boomers. We are in a warning tho. Meh.

the_other_guy
Ho-hum in Hastings on Hudson. A very distinct feature in the lower Hudson Valley this thunderstorm season. can’t buy a good storm! Not sure what is causing that, but everything has been north or south of us all season long. If you were under a tree canopy, the ground isn’t even wet
