EastCoast NPZ
My rain gage cracked, so relying on closest PWS: 1.8" so far. Probably more than my yard, but it figures this is when we jackpot. ****ing worthless winter. Just checked other stations and they are in the .7 -.8 range. Not sure what's up with that 1.8 report, but doesn't seem correct. Oh, well, this winter is still worthless.

That + high dews and rain = brown and a dirty pile of dog pee covered snow by the street. We're not going below freezing for 18 hours. WVclimo
3k NAM shows my high temperature overnight at 35, and then it falls below freezing by 10:00 a.m. Pretty sure I will hang on to most of the snow cover here, at least until Wednesday's rain.

What difference would that make? Lol And it's always an indicator of a futile storm when we gotta say things like "we could get a little on the front end" or "may mix early for north and west burbs"...no consolation prize, lol
Jrlg1181
While its only rain here at the foot of Afton Mt, there is over a half inch of ice on the trees and signs on the very top of Afton and particularly along the road past Swannanoa a couple hundred feet higher up .......

WEATHER53
Had a wedding at Seneca Lodge tonight for daughters best friend and I’ve been nervous. Last two storms were easy but this was tough and getting down to 20-30 miles so fine line. Told them freezing rain out there would kill people thus cancel but got a break on it.
