ESE wind from the Cape up through Blue Hill Observatory.

That .02” of modeled precip will wreak havoc on us.

This one i agree with...............;)

lol... 4-6" vs 3-4" is probably the difference of 4.1" vs 3.8" in their grids.  Though I agree the ranges set different expectations.

Top of the range in the grid so it bumps to the next level apparently.

Dammit, my mother-in-law isn’t driving down to babysit the kid if this keeps trending towards an advisory. Dad needs a break before his swing shift.

2-3” will be just enough to hide the evil ice that lurks below.  At least I got all that slush off the driveway yesterday.  The rest of the property is treacherous.

I’d take it at this point. Daddy day care did not go well today.

Looks like Dr. No tonight was Ekster (covering my shift so I could be daddy day care). So sorry for that.

Well I say Dr. No, but he issued the advisory while dropping snow totals. So he gives and takes.

Don't tell that to the mother inlaw about the advisory.

I'm going to go out on a limb and say a coating or less for anyone in MA outside of Greylock or Savoy SF, they may get a thick coating.

Wow.  Got up to take a piss and it's just dumping out.  Already looks like a couple inches down.

Beautiful snow growth and a lot of flakes falling.  SW flow aloft and SE flow at the surface converging nicely around these parts with the terrain.

Quick out the backdoor measurement shows about 2.5 here but it is coming down pretty nicely here at the moment.  Plow went by about half hour ago.

Holy f*ck nuts.

Has to be at least 4-5" outside at home.

Only snowed for like 6 hours too.

Damn nice overnight dump.

Completely done here it looks like.

What a little clipper.  Come in and rip 1"/hr for a while then clear right out.

The winter wonderland is back.  Dead calm snow stacked up on every little twig.
