Â The timing is such that they may be on the wane a bit when they reach eastern Iowa, but models still suggest a good complex moving through. Â Unfortunately the lake shadow is doing work here. Storms are firing across the region but 20 + miles away from the lake breeze. Decent line about to move through Detroit. Walked up from Clark/Division subway around 5 p.m. and foggy bottom in full effect. At one point almost mistook the occasional mild street level fog for smoke.
