In Newport it was sunny and felt reasonably mild, then, the clouds have slowly moved in and the sky darkened. Much colder the further north you get, with far moRe snow. Looks like this first batch will give me a quick inch with pretty good intensity before the lull now in the southern tier. It's a nice spot to be in which a less intense batch behind it.
