Yes it's coming west, but 98% of the snow so far was from mid level frontogenesis. The arcing band from WSW-ENE says it all.

 

In my world it's all OE all the time.  Ginxy lives at 500, I live at 1000.

 

Kidding aside I could see the change here to the classic big flakes.  It's cellular right now under the band, they push through for a few minutes and the flakes are huge and pounding, then it's back to normal flakes and moderate.

 

(wind) Trajectory is now straight from about Manomet to here too..
