Avdave Posted February 2, 2014 Author Share Posted February 2, 2014 Was sitting at 52 most of the afternoon. Sun popped out and jumped to 56.4F just before 3pm. Feels springlike out there. Ground is still frozen solid below the top 1/4" of soil. I'd guess the "snowpack" is about 50%. With that said my forecast is for 2 - 7".... over the duration... isn't the 7" warning criteria ? (I'm not being a weenie) I'm just wondering if they are being flexible with the warning criteria.
