Jebman
radar is starting to look a bit raggedy still snowing, top of car is getting white, top of fence and bushes beginning to whiten up
Jebman
radar shows a decrease, not increase, of snow in the region as of 453am Car top, tops of bushes, tops of fences, and the grass all show at least a quarter of an inch of snow, which is still falling. Paved surfaces in my part of Dale City still only wet my heart is broken into a billion pieces over the fact that IF we do manage to eke out some heavier snow rates - that will only happen AFTER sunrise, when the strong March sun will melt what snow has fallen in a very short time indeed. where was this in January

real
I don't think one flake in Baltimore. I think I just saw one flake in NW DC, but guess could have just easily been a piece of paper or cotton blowing by. All the streets are dry.
nieciez
Headed to the commuter lot in Stafford from my home in Lake of the Woods in Orange Co. VA for my commute to DC....wet pavements and 34 degrees...boom, temps drop and in a flash Rt 3 turns white and slick outside of Fredericksburg...cars off the road. Temp is now 32 degrees. Being one who does not drive in snow I turned around and headed home. I couldn't believe how fast the roads that were just wet went to snow covered. Telework day for me. real
and a lot of school bus routes start well before sunrise..... That is why they make delays. Sorry, never going to convince me that closing school today is justified, for this event.

kas80
Per usually noting for Calvert county on the bay. Radar says is snowing, no snow hitting the ground (also pretty normal). I think I should probably just cut and paste "no snow here" for all events. 35 degrees.

MN Transplant
Light snow. Cars and mulch covered, grass whitened. Roads wet. Just hit the low of 31.4.
