Echo's moving at a steady pace towards areas like White Marsh mall and the eastern reaches of 695.

WV Loop is cool. ULL clearly evident/center at 500mb. Can see the shortwave darting through the bottom of the trof with a good deal of energy. Surface low is slowing down and starting to be captured by the trof as we speak. Next couple hours will be the key, watch to see how far west she gets off the coast as the storm becomes vertically stacked.

Nothing but cloudy (and bright) skies here in DC. Home in Clarksburg it's cloudy with a temp of 38.5°F and a dew point of 27°F with winds at 8mph out of the due north.

Decent banding showing up on the NAM from 6pm thru 2am-ish as the storm begins to fill, especially just east of town.
