OVC and 32 here ...same as yesterday, same as Thursday.... probably same as tomorrow..... This next week here is going to be almost enough to bring out seasonal affective disorder even in a wx weenie, particularly if Thursday's phantom event vanishes.

South of the pike its a true dandy delight............oh yeah!

Wagons north really carried some weight this winter.....if you can even call it that

Yep, powderfreak (sofar) has had some good winter, but seems very localized in his area, he has really benefited from upslope this winter, outside of that area, there is some snowpack but meager compared to what normals are in the heart of winter. Meanwhile the MA is snowing, just goes to show even in a warm winter like this sometimes its all about luck.

If you put as much effort into your weather posts as you do trying to be funny you probably wouldn't be 5ppd.

Yeah, its still below normal in this area... so don't get the wrong idea. We've had a few good 7-10 day stretches though that "seem" like a real winter, haha. For example we've had at least a trace of snow each of the last 10 days, but its also rained twice during that time. Without the upslope insurance policy we'd be cooked right now. Even the lake effect regions are suffering this season, but luckily air still has to lift/rise to go over the Green Mountain Spine.
